Your plugin licence.

These are pre-launch terms. Waveloom is not selling anything yet, and we will finalise these terms, including the legal entity behind Waveloom, before launch.

What you get

• Perpetual licence for one user.
• Install it on: Up to 3 of your own computers.
• Every update to a product you own is free, for life, including major versions (e.g. 2.0, 3.0). New products are sold separately and are not updates. Prices for new customers may change.

What you can make

Everything you create with the plugin is yours. Use it in commercial and non-commercial music with no royalties to us.

What you can't do

• Share, resell or transfer your licence or licence key.
• Reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the software.
• Remove or work around licence protection.

Free trial

A trial licence lets you use the full plugin for 14 days. It expires automatically after 14 days and you are never charged unless you choose to buy a licence. The rest of this agreement applies during the trial.

Ownership

You buy a licence to use the software; Waveloom keeps ownership of the software itself.

Warranty and your consumer rights

Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you. Outside those rights, the software is provided as is.

Ending the licence

The licence ends if you breach it or receive a refund, and you must then uninstall the software. See refunds and our terms.
