Our refund window

Refund window: 14 days from purchase. Within it you can ask for a full refund, for any reason. Email hello@waveloom.com with your order number.

How refunds are paid

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for our sales, so refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Your licence is deactivated when the refund is made.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If there is a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, whenever you bought it. Consumer laws in your own country may give you further rights.
