Buying
Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. They handle payment, tax and invoices, and their checkout terms apply to the transaction: see the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms. Your use of the plugin is covered by our licence agreement, and refunds by our refund policy.
Updates
Every update to a product you own is free, for life, including major versions (e.g. 2.0, 3.0). New products are sold separately and are not updates. Prices for new customers may change.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy or create an account, or have a parent or guardian's permission and involvement.
Your account
Keep access to your email secure, because it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or licence sharing.
Free downloads
Free MIDI packs, field recordings and preset packs (and any we sell) come with a royalty-free licence: you can use them in your own music and productions, commercial or not, without credit or royalties. You can't resell, share or redistribute the raw files (on their own or in another sample, loop or preset library), or use them to train machine-learning models.
Using the site
Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people's accounts.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
